Lisa has studied and applied western and eastern psychologies for decades. She has found the practices of mindfulness, meditation and yoga very helpful in the journey of healing and self-discovery.
Lisa has studied and practiced meditation for over 30 years and has taught mindfulness meditation for the last 15 years. She has studied and attended numerous retreats with world renowned teachers including her primary teacher, Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, H.H. the Dalai Lama, Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, Pema Chodron, Cheri Huber, Loch Kelly, Lisa Ernst, Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Stephen Levine, Sharon Salzberg, Thanissara, and Existentialist, Reverend C. Lanier Clance.
